Well most college teams have played half their games so it's time for the mid year review. My Jester Misery made some predictions let's see how they fared.

ACC
Misery picked Clemson
King picked Clemson

We both flat out blew this pick. Tommy Bowden just got fired. Looks like Virginia Tech is the class in this one. We both get an F for this one.

Big East
Misery picked West Virginia
King picked West Virginia

Another uneven selection for us. WVU is a mess offensively. If I had to pick right now. I'd say Pittsburgh. We get an incomplete on this one unbelievably WVU hasn't lost a conference game.

Pac 10
Misery picked USC
King picked USC

This one looks right on, even with the Trojans hiccup against Oregon St.

Big Ten

Misery picked Ohio St.
King picked Ohio St.

I'd say Penn St.'s the team to beat in the Big 10. But they travel to Columbus in two weeks.

Big 12

Misery picked Oklahoma
King picked Oklahoma

We lost the Red River Rivalry, Texas even with it's tough schedule. I just can't see them losing twice. We are behind the 8-ball on this one.

SEC
Misery picked Auburn
King picked Florida

Auburn is 2-3 in the conference, with Ole Miss, Alabama and Georgia on their left on their slate. Florida however is 3-1, with Georgia, Vandy, South Carolina, and Kentucky left. Advantage King.

Heisman
Misery selected Chris Wells Ohio St.
King selected Tim Tebow Florida

Beanie got hurt, and is out of the race. Tebow's team has struggled, but will need a heck of a closing run to close any gaps. Advantage King.

National Championship Game
Misery selected Ohio St. over Oklahoma
King selected USC over Florida

Ohio St is 12 in the polls, and is a long way from making the game. Oklahoma has a better chance of making the NC game then winning it's division.

USC and Florida needs at least 3 losses from the top four teams to probably make the game.

Advantage King.

Overall.

King is squeaking through over Misery.

I'd say USC has no shot because of lack of schedule they probably need Texas to lose twice and Oklahoma to lose once more. Though same for Ohio State. Florida has a good chance to be in the hunt but, Bama needs to choke one away. Oklahoma has the easiest way currently being 4 in the polls and having Sam Bradford still in the Heisman race.
Advantage Misery. Everything else seemed fair and just.

Sir, you forget that USC is universally loved by the pollsters. I'd say if 2 of the 3 undefeateds lose they have as good of shot as any.
